I love sugar... eat it every day: natural, added, artificial... you name it! I lost 28 pounds in 6 months and have kept it off for over 7 months... so I would say "no"...

Fun fact: I notice that when I heat up my corn tortillas, they shrink... I've weighed before and after, and they weigh less after... But I still log the before weight.

You can just not click on "Complete Diary" and it will not pop-up. The only reason for "completing your diary" is for it to pop-up on your News Feed. I don't let anything cross over to my News Feed except the amount of days I have logged in, so for me, not clicking the "Complete Diary" button is no biggie...

FYI I measured the amount of oz in the Premier Protein shake and is 12 not 11 which makes it 175 calories not 160. I drink them a lot so I needed to be sure the calories listed on the container is correct; it's not.

YUP - I agree the PB is NASTY !!!!!!! But I also don't like the creamers...though they are no where near as bad. I want to try the syrup but after not liking the other 2 items, I'm afraid to waste my money!
