Hi, I am new to this group. My weight loss have been very slow, but I am not complaining. As long as I am not increasing I am happy. I wanted to ask, what is "Black Cohosh", I am starting to suffer from hot flashes, especially during the night.

Thank you everyone for your post's. I am glad to hear I am not the only one having trouble staying within the 1200 calories a day. I find the evening the worse time for the munchies. I will try adjusting my calories a little bit too.

I will try to do the following goals: 1. Log food 2. Daily cardio exercise for at least 10 min. 3. At least one type of resistance exercise per day. These are my goals hopefully I will try to do most of them daily.
