Did my lifts todAy... SL 5x5 Squats - 5x5 85lbs, deloaded a little to improve my form. Ohp- 3/3/3/5/5- 55lbs, better this time! DL- 1x5/ 115lbs - no problem there. Having trouble with tight quads, and with depth. May need to stretch more, i think. Any advice is welcome. I do warm up with a 30 min walk on treadmill. Keep it…

SL workout today.. Squats- 5x5 -90lbs, didnt progress, still struggling! Bench- 5x3- 60lbs, improved but losing form after 3 reps. Rows- 5x5- 60lbs- felt better.

Yesterday's SL work out Squat- 5x5- 90lbs OHP- 3/4/4/4/4 -55lbs( have to repeat that) DL- 1x5- 105lbs Overall slow progress, getting in the routine.

So, here it goes.. Today warm up in Treadmill 2 miles, medium pace SL work out A- Squat- 85lbsx5 OHP- 50lbsx5 DL- 95lbsx5 Felt pretty good. Want to complete 12 wks and measure myself. Let's hope the scale also cooperates

Check in .. Lot of dinner parties this week and could not resist the temptations! 12/29- 155.2 Wt gain of 3 lbs from last week. Hope will do better this week. Well done, those who have maintained or lost during Christmas.

Time for the weigh in.... SW - 172 ( more than a year ago) GW- for december 148lbs. 12/1- 155.3 12/8- 155.4 12/15- 153.5 12/21- 152.5 Happy that the scale is moving down. Still lot of work to do

Me too.. Jumping in late Female, 41 yr old, 5.4" SW- 172, a year ago, lost some but stubbornly plateaued at current weight since June. Need to break this thru.. CW- 153 Goals for 12/15- 148 1/16- 143 2/16- 138 Also training for a 10k in Feb so Wish me luck. All of you keep it going. We will get there one day
