Thank you! I have been drinking only water and cutting down on portions. Yesterday I had spaghetti but half of what I usually eat...and felt so guilty about it!

Thank you! I know, that's what I'm concerned about, as I get use to the workouts the progress may taper off.

Well because I realize 5lbs in a week won't continue to happen. I'm not worried about doing it differently just looking for tips to continue.
