I have a health issue that made me lose about 100 lbs a couple years ago, but unfortunately I gained all but 20 lbs back:( so far. I really look and feel terrible and want to get down to even less than before- 140lbs. I know I can its just a matter of kicking myself Grrrr

I've tried it and if you even fart this orange oil comes out and when you poop oil drips out so if your going to take it you'll need to wear pads. Like a big one that goes past your *kitten*. Sorry if that's tmi! But it does work on a side note.
