  • Ok let me start over. I have only been following this plan for about two weeks. I have only lost 1 pound. (kinda depressing) I'm eating no more than 1000 cal. a day and no more than 30 carbs a day. I eat egg whites in morning a salad with plain tuna for lunch and small piece of white meat and green veggies for supper. And…

  • No I am logging it. I drink nothing but water and coffee in the morning. And I don't count the cal. I burn while exercise
