PMS got the better of me the scale was up .50 :s The rest of week will exercise daily nd stay below my caloric goal and hope fully lose more than the 1/2 lb. the finish line for this challenge is close and I'm proud of myself nd eveyone in this challeng for the progress we've made. :D

checkin' in went through another weekend and hit a downfall with girl scout cookies. and everytime my hubby comes home I'm very weak in my choices to reach that "svelt lean mean machine that I want. I still workout when he's here but I don't even think about what goes in my mouth. HELP!!! On the bright side I'm down…

missed 2 days of accountability but I'm here today haven't felt wel. so skipped counting calories but did walk the 2 miles for me and my faithful friend Mac(dog) he won't let me sit on my tush to long. so tomarrow I jump on the scale hopefully I didn't do to much damage ths last 2 days. have a healthy movitivated week all.

next time you hit the scale it'll be down sometimes takes 3 days to show up. Don't give up keep pluggin' away and you'll see progress in inches or pounds!

I'm a hairstylist and everytime my arm moves it counts a step even though I'm standing in place. I think accuracy for me is in a pedometer. Just a FYI

I don't know what day this is but had 2 days of over over over UGH! Weighed in this morning down 3# so I need to get back on the horse and do it again. This week my goal is to maintain my caloric goal all 7 days and exercise for 5 of them. I have 11 more # to hit my goal. I'm sick of being in the"200 club" .

well checking in and did my exercise at 7:00pm and came home ate broth based soup skipped sugar :'( and now going to bed. Gotta get away from kitchen and the tv. 2 really detrimental things to my goal of being healthy.

was undr my caloric goal and waled for 47 min when I got home from work at 9:30 pm. feeling positive. I can do this and be sucessful.
