Can of tuna and pita chips, almond(peanut , sunflower seed) butter and toast, stir fried veggies and chicken breast( takes 5-7 min) , eggs, sandwiches, I hope this helps.

I have mine open because I think it can be helpful for others, and I like to look at others diaries for ideas, it's hard to come up with food options every day. Isn't it about community and support ? I welcome opinions and judgements , they might actually be helpful.

I was 196lb, I started seeing results after 3 weeks, my clothes started fitting me better, felt great. Lost 19 pounds, gained 5 back, on the journey again, going strong.

I know exactly how you feel, I overcame that feeling of obsession by telling to myself "I am not hungry, I am not hungry , I am not hungry" 100 times a day. Also had to choose between food and the body I wanted. After a week I could cook for my family and not crave that food, P.S. I love food and I am an emotional eater.

I personally don't eat anything that can't count calories, just skip all together, I can easily get off the track.
