I learned that I don't need to deprive myself of any food as long as I can fit it into my calory goal, consistency is key and that I can have a peace of chicken breast and salad and feel full and satisfied instead of protain ban for the same amount of calories.

I go over by 15-60 almost every day, it doesn't bother me c since I know I could eat more but I didn't, still hungry some days, as long as I am honest with myself and been losing 1.5 lb every week

Hi, you can replace not nutritious snacks with nutritious ones by having them readily available, have some fruit cut up in small pieces and eat them slowly, drink water when you feel like snaking , and once in a while have some not nutritious ones, make sure they fit into your calorie goal, make small changes and celebrate…

Planning goes a long way, I eat several meals a day (2-3) and snack after dinner, just measure and seperate your portion, eat slow and enjoy without guilt . It's your journey, and you are always going to have people around you eating and drinking, the only person you can control is yourself.

I change my goal from 2lb to 1.5lb a week, it gives me enough calories to eat, and will change it back once I feel better, this help me a lot, and I don't feel guilty or deprived , I hope this helps.

I eat 15-20 grams of sunflower seed butter or almond butter almost daily for breakfast, just measure , cause it's a very calory dense food, can make the difference in loosing or not loosing weight.
