Hi there. I'm in. My name is lacy and I'm 27. I started this journey on 1st Jan. So far I've lost 12.5 lbs in three weeks but this week I'm struggling. I don't want to go back and gain that weight so I'm in for losing 5lbs by 20th Feb. Do we just log losses on here? I weigh on Fridays.0

I will do it. I bought a new scale and gained 5 pounds with it!! haha!! I guess the old scale sucked!
I have fit bit, I am doing a low calorie diet, I have also been adding more vegetables (I am trying to get all recommended vitamins and minerals through food only), and running/speed walking every night.

im in for 5kg loss by february 20 - thats 87 kg on scale on 20 February, 2016. I am water fasting 66 hours every week, walking, lifting weights for 20 min on my 5 food days/week. I am on low carb keto diet.0

Tomorrow is the first official day to report our results. Fingers crossed Just to keep it uniform it can be shown as "Pre - 170lbs, Post - 168lbs" just so that we know the actual movement.
