  • I agree. I lost 60lbs in three months doing The Ulitmate Yogi while on Keto. I was in the best shape of my life. The definition in my shoulders arms and legs was amazing. I slacked off and have recently began UY and keto. I know it works.

It was working fine for over a year now after their update it's not and their solution is turn on the steps, for what? to track what?…

  • Piyo is very hard. I'm not going to lie, but she does have one person always performing an abridged version that's for beginners. Pace yourself and don't feel like you have to keep up with the people on the dvd. Yo are your only competition. Just challenge yourself to do a little more one day at a time. Good luck
  • Yes, I have to use both apps to sync automatically. On the polar site you have the option to add multiple devices. I hope that answers your question.
