Hey Winnie, Thank you! She's a girl and is only 13 months old so is still pretty much a pup - very bouncy.....

I'd like to join in! Today me and my Italian pointer Sparkle walked for 55min. I'll start measuring distance tomorrow.

I was diagnosed with Graves last year. Had many symptoms for years - sweats, hot, irritable. Then some more appeared last year - interrupted sleep, constant need to go to the bathroom, inability to keep cool, falling asleep while driving for split seconds and finally heart palpitations all night long so even less or no…

Hi there, I have gained loads of weight with Graves. Wasn't logging then and am quite sure I was eating way over my calories due to constant hunger. I am now on meds, logging and losing weight. Feel free to add me. Kat

Hey Tyla, I've got Graves as well - it's not very common on here? I'm also on meds and trying to work against them. My next assessment is in July and over here they will probably keep me on for maybe 6 more months!

I like the 199lbs goal although my first goal is 209lbs and I hope to get there by end of July all things being well. Just had a brief look at the FOK - it's a vegetarian concept in principle isn't it? The film is not on Netflix unfortunately. I think I love my chicken and fish a bit too much to give it up!

Hey there Edna, I have started my weight loss 2 weeks ago at 239lbs but I am a bit shorter than you 5'10 so we are probably round about the same BMR. My goals is to lose 90lbs in 15 months, does sound like a lot but actually is only 1.5lbs per week and I might have to adjust the end date. Good luck and please feel free to…

I'm only turning 38 this year but have set myself a plan to be slim and maintaining by the time I'm 40. I do have a lot more to lose than you though (90lbs gasp!). It's a great goal though and the milestone is a great motivation. Good luck!

Hey Christy, I also have Graves and am on medication. Sound like you had it rough, glad your blood pressure improved already. I've also put on a lot of weight before and after my diagnosis and now am on the journey to lose 90lbs. I have started two weeks ago so if you would like to share our journeys please feel free to…

Hey there, I can relate to this. Have been diagnosed with Graves back in November and am now on meds. Just like lseulte I put on weight before getting on meds and even more so after! I found that the main issue was being emotional and crazy really (!) so much so that I could not stop myself from overeating. Now that my…

Hey there, you are doing great - 14lbs! I have 90 to lose, lost 6lbs so have 84 to go. Don't know much about pcos - hormone imbalance? - but I have thyroid problems myself and am on meds that slow down all systems. I'm also eating healthy trying to stick to 1500 cals a day and doing walks and tennis most days. We can do it!

Hi, you can add my 6lbs loss from last week so 688.4. Next weigh in Sunday.
