It has been suggested by some LCHF experts to cut dairy products if you stop seeing weight-loss progress. Same thing happened to me so I cut dairy. Harder to get the fat content up w/o the dairy (love heavy cream in my coffee), but it has helped already. Good job so far!

Have you tried a potent dose of probiotics? I used Primal Defense Ultra by Garden of Life. I worked my way up to 6 a day (3 at night before bed on an empty stomach and 3 in the morning) This has helped me a TON.
