YES, I am struggling with this as well!! I can honestly say that I do not have much support from my family or friends and when I do get their "support" it always about them and their constant need to bash themselves. Not all of my eating is clean. I have my moments just like everyone else does and will eat fattening foods... its all about moderation and staying at or going under the 2,000 calorie count. I walk for at least 30 minutes a day 5 days a week. I do tend to walk more than 30 minutes a day but I keep the 30 minutes as my goal…
