Hi! I'm Becky, and I hate running. I used to like it, but steroids and autoimmune disease left me with about 100 extra pounds. I've lost about 27 of those. I've got a toddler, two dogs, and a husband.

Last week I had a cold, so probably 3lbs was pure snot. I think my ketosis finally kicked on, because I haven't been hungry most of the day, so maybe it's starting to burn up fat? Whatever it is, I'm grateful!

I'd check out trigger points as well. Sometimes, it's not so much a problem technically in the muscle as it is the nerves tricking you into thinking that. Trigger points are super sneaky, so it's worth at least looking at.
