This is so interesting now it makes sense. I was standing next to my niece who was once much taller than me. When I realized I was actually taller than her. Thank you for that maybe I will see about getting samples to try before I buy. I am pretty used to the feeling and seem to tolerate it well. It's the appearance factor that drives me nuts. Thanks what is £5 eye drops? I have a eye pillow I used cold and it makes my eyes feel goo just never seem to get the red gone unless I drown my eyes in visine red out drops and I have heard that is really not good to use them that much.

Thanks I see what you mean looking back it is a big mess. :wink: I am not really understanding how to enter them as circuits I have seen people telling others to do the same I just don't get it I login into strength or cardio and enter circuits and how long sorry.... I am easily confused lol!!

I have been really enjoying salmon patties, or tuna fish, and salads with avocados in them. I my self have even added chick peas black beans and lentils into my salads to add a bit of bulk to them and make them a little more filling.
