I was advised by my doctor to cut back on "bad" carbs and dairy. I have IBS, adult acne, I'm overweight and have polycystic ovarian syndrome along with (borderline) high cholesterol He suggested natural oatmeal and no white breads, unsweetened green tea and Pure Via if I absolutely have to sweeten the things I eat/drink.…

Yes, this is what I mean by processed dairy! Lol I know cow milk usually has more sugar than I would like. Thank you all for the suggestions, I bought unsweetened almond milk today and it was great! I also bought sugar free whole grain bread, it has 12g carbs though. Any other brands you would recommend?

Thank you. I have trouble finding yogurt, snacks and sauces without tons of sugar. Maybe I'd have better luck at a whole foods store.. I still eat maybe 1 dairy product a day. Juat cutting back.
