I love my fitbit and I find a lot of motivation in it. I don't like to wear things on my wrists, so I have the One. Previously, I had the zip and unless you want sleep information, too, they are more or less the same. Maybe start with the zip since it's less money, but both have been great. Love the app.

This, just show him. :) Use it as motivation!

What kind of treatment have you received for your eating disorder? Have you been to counseling/therapy yet?
-
Good for you! :) Like others have said, it's a great problem to have. Try to make new goals not having to do with weight loss, like with your new lifting/exercise routines. You could shift your focus to slowly upping calories and seeing how many you can 'get away with.' Train for a marathon or a tough mudder...just keep…

This, for sure. I agree with previous posters - totally ignore that 5 week projection. I know it's hard, but try not to worry about how quickly the pounds are coming off, as long as the number is moving in the right direction.

Me, too. ;) Sounds amazing.

That sounds amazing!

I posted this in another thread recently, but it's my favorite and worth sharing again. ;) I add two egg whites to dry oatmeal with some cinnamon, use a fork to stir it up, then add 1/3 cup skim milk - microwave for 2 minutes, then put a second 1/3 cup of skim over it. You can't taste the egg and you add a lot of protein…

Lunch for me, by far - much smaller dinner. I find this is the only way I am not snacking all afternoon, to have a very satisfying lunch.

In terms of low-cal, I always get grilled Chicken on the barbie, ask for the veggies dry and use the sauce sparingly. :)

If you're not really into eggs on their own, I have a breakfast idea to share. I add two egg whites to my (dry) oatmeal and stir it before adding skim milk and microwaving it. It just adds volume and texture to the dish, you can't really taste the egg much, and for very few calories you add lots of protein.

I am entering maintenance mode, too. Feel free to add me. :)

Lara bars, not Luna bars! Those aren't quite as good, haha.

I love Lara bars - they're amazing, every flavor is awesome and tastes exactly like what it's supposed to. Lemon bar, blueberry muffin and carrot cake are my favorites. But they're also not granola bars, so maybe I'm not being helpful. ;)
