Is that 30 seconds run, 90 seconds walk? Wouldn't be able to do that yet I don't think. I'm barely ready to jog again after 4 minutes walk.

Thanks for all the responses. At the moment I'm taking it real easy. I won't run on the treadmill at all. I simply don't feel comfortable on them, so they are for walk only. At the moment I plan on open air walking maybe once per week and that is where I will bring running into it, even if it's only 50m to syst off with.…

Thanks for the replies. A quick question. My main access to MFP if via the Android app. I'm having no luck trying to read bio's with the app as I'm looking for people like myself who have lost a lot and give on to do a triathlon or similar endurance thing. Are the bio's only available through the website or something?

Thanks guys. I have opened up my diary as you suggested Vidarsbane, haven filled the food part of it in yet. The diary part is fed from Map My Walk which I use to record all my workouts, including the odd mopping session!
