  • I’m just starting too. I’ve been reading a Carb Cycling book at this is what it said: High Carb Days: Protein=1 g/lb Carb=1g/lb Fat=.25 g/lb Calories: Protein x 4 Carb x 4 Fat x 9 And then... Low Carb Days: Protein x 1 Carb x .15 Fat x .4 Calories: Carb x 4 = cals Protein x 4 = cals Fat x 9 = cals
