I have been on a plateau for 3 weeks but I have noticed inches and my clothes are so much loose, but the best part is and this really is the best part, my boobs are farther out then my tummy, woohoo me! Yeah I know i'm a loser, lol.

Tomorrow is my weigh in and i'm hoping for at least a pound although I wasn't very active or great with food today so we shall see. Congrats to all you lovely people, you are doing amazing!

Lol, I think you are safe! I once dreamt I ate a big white marshmellow and woke up and my pillow was gone, hahahaha, just kidding. The best calories are those that we dream about nothing goes to our hips that way. I'm also always super hot in my dreams, lol.

A snack for energy can be a good idea, but not too big as that can also upset your tummy. A protein bar might be a better idea. What ever works for you, now that you've tried both ways, try maybe some nuts or a bar and see if that helps. Good luck let us know!

You have to consume at least 1000 calories or it tells you that you are going to be unhealthy as you are not eating enough and it won't post it as done on your page. It will post all your food eaten to your diary but that's it.

There is the occasional day that happens to me and I just don't get to post it, it still counts as you logging in but you won't get to post saying you finished it for the day, no big deal in the long run. Hope you are feeling much better today!
