I too fluctuate between 3 - 5 lbs even staying at the same basic calorie intake daily. If I get too concerned over eating too much any day, I just up my exercise for that day to offset it. If you truly have an ED, I too would seek professional help.

I eat vegan foods but there are some high calorie. Most are in a low range. Artichokes are filling and relatively low. Costco's Boom Chik Popcorn is satisfying and low for a snack. I do smoothies every morning and put 1/4 cup quick oats in them which holds me for quite a while.

I love them, but they sit like a brink in my stomach and I gain a lb. Not so with sweet potatoes so I stick with them.

In for July; hope to reach my weight goal by end of month. Will start weighing food instead of guestimating portions - could be why I've been on a plateau for such a long time. Praying for all of you!. Bev in NC

You can put your food in canning jars and vacuum seal them. It keeps them fresh for days. You can also vacuum pack in bags, but not everything is appropriate in bags - maybe a combination of the two.

I have 15 lbs to lose - have lost five in the past weeks. These are the hardest in my opinion. I'm not so much overweight but want to be slim to feel better so am working on it.
