Lol!!!! psoriasis is not warts (virus). Psoriasis is an autoimmune disease... I have psoriasis that splits my fingernails, peels layers and layers of skin... and I'm anaphylaxic allergic to bananas (and raw potatoes). So you, couldve literally, just killed me with your advice. Lmao OP, It can be horrible but always…

Try, try again!! Every single morning!

But eating 1000 calories a day on WW is not a great choice for long term weight loss either. Changing macro goals (while staying within calorie goals) can help with fullness and paying attention to eating in a healthful way. WW does not count calories, but assigns values to food based on their carb/protein/fat content.…

WW was good for starting out but it was better years ago. I lost 94lbs doing WW in one yr but that was an old program they no longer endorse. After my second baby (4yrs ago) they changed the program and then again this summer but I've done MFP ever since. I found the new programs had too many opportunities not to truly…

Six baby snuggles and troubles!! Where did you order your Halo, mama? Amazing!!! ♡

It's in the same dairy case as regular cottage cheese, sour cream etc usually at the top. At least where I am! (Alberta, Canada)

I really am a positive, encouraging person and add as many buddies on here that need a kick in the butt or a little yay!!... but some people are just plain creepy and others drop out in a week. I'll keep doing what I'm doing for my own *kitten*... hopefully see some on a maintenance thread someday!! Have a wonderful…

What a great thread! Thanks! My son did TKD to BB so I might look into this. Thanks!

Clean shaven seems to me that he may be more high maintenance than I could ever be lol Give me a scruffy natural guy over a clean shaven guy, for sure!

Me, too! I'm a mom of 3 but sometimes MFP can't keep up with our endeavours. I log but not always clean (wine n cake!!), I post and comment, as often as possible! You (all?) can add me. I'm positive and enjoy my MFP journey!

^^^ he's right. Start with your food. Do it for a couple of weeks, no exceptions. Add (more) excerise as you learn your food habits and adjust your lifestyle. For me it's 80% food and 20% excerise. All the food I could stuff in my face would eliminate my deficit in minutes, if I make that choice. :)

Try it for 2 really honest weeks and ensure you have the right activity level. Log everything everday and go from there. You may be pleasantly surprised!

Dry cottage cheese is my favourite!! In egg white omelette, in soup, in chili... 100 cal .5 fat and 22gm of protein! So awesome! I completely stay away from prepackaged bars, meals, etc. Since they arent real food (for me).
-
Both! It's almost camo season! ;)

I would stick to the 1920 for a couple honest weeks and ensure you're in the right activity range it asks for. It doesn't sound like too much. Try to eat the "left over" calories in a good way all day, not junk. Adding planned out healthy calories at each meal - glass of milk, extra portion of meat, grated cheese, one more…

240 after baby 1 then down to 141 in a yr. WW really did work for me and teach me a lot. Only they did nothing for the mental part of the biggest change I made. I could accept being a mom, but I couldn't see myself as anything but morbidly obese. Yay dismorphia! :# 230 after baby 2 then, literally, sat around at 175 - 190…

If you were truly satisfied with where you are at, body and mind, then maintaining is the answer. You can try maintenance goals with increased activity and see different results, too. MHO, it's 80% food and 20% movement choices. Otherwise, recommit to a different goal (more walking, less take out etc) and get going!! :)

I do have one cheat each week. Just plan for it by exercise or adjusting other meals. Whether it's pizza or beer/wine - its only one night though not a whole day!!
