Once upon a time, for the second time, binge watching is bad, you miss so much, or is it the falling asleep.

I have maybe 3-5 hrs sleep for 3 or 4 nights then a cpl of nights of 7hrs just to catch up, been like that since my late teens (58 now). I guess I've learned to live with it by now.

Whatever gets you through the day. Helps me put my thoughts in order.

Thank you pinkpixiexox, congrats to u aswel, and may i say was nice to get a reply of encouragement. Started some exercises but with bad knees its not easy but will keep at it. Also started vitamin E tablets but after a month havent noticed much difference. Thanks again and good luck :)
