Sorry if this has already been answered I’m trying to look through the thread and find it I am just wondering how to have my steps (exercise) shown in my diary dashboard but not have my calories be adjusted for it like I’m set to 1400 cal and my exercise might be 400 so it puts me at 1800 cal to eat I don’t want to eat…

Thanks!! All super helpful ... looking to lose around 40..... I didn’t realize that I do strict calorie counting that leads to days of binges?!!!!! Eye opening

I’m 5.7” and a half and 170 lbs is 1360 cal right for me that’s what mfp says plus give or take 200 from Fitbit does this sound right also does anyone save cals to use more on the weekend? Thanks!!!
