May 4 Me: 1 LNS: 3 Late dinner tonight and late workout. I had 50 gr raw pineapple and 1 tsp dried cranberries after workout at 10pm. Hope it won't be counted as late night snack :s

Here is what I'm doing for myself: I have a huge bottle (6 cups) and lots of funny cups, mugs, tumblers that each can hold at least 10 oz of water. I change my cup/mug/tumbler regularly just for fun. Count me in please. I'm new and just read this topic today. The rule I set for myself is no food after 9pm. I have dinner around 7:30pm or 8pm and I can't stop myself having some snacks before bed. May 3 Me: 0 LNS: 3
