Nay, they spike my blood sugar the same way that a regular sugary one would. On keto, that's undesirable :p

Hi critcrittle! One of the biggest things about keto is throwing away conventional dietary knowledge. You do not have to eat fruit (as a matter of fact, it's not the best idea. Don't worry about it, eating over your calorie goal for one day isn't going to hurt you.

I find the percentages to be pretty close to what I want. Personally, though, I don't count protein or fat to begin with, I just try to keep my carbs and calories as low as I can :p
