It's not a mistake, you just ate nice food. No way would I feel guilty, enjoy it and then get back within calorie range. The excess water weight will pass in a few days.

Weight is not a steady number, it is a range. Your body holds on to different amounts of water all the time.

I wouldn't ever stick to something that restrictive. What is the point?

It's been 25 days Weight is never constant 0.5lb a week is a good weight weight loss and you are running double that Be patient

I got a 2018 pb this morning of 35.14 :D
-
None of what you said matters for weight loss. You just need to eat less calories than you burn.
-
You look amazing, well done

Shocking my system sounds painful.

Looks lovely but I'm not a breakfast eater. I'd eat it for lunch though :)
-
How long have you been doing this for? And how active were you before that?
-
What about the other functions in your body? How would you plan on getting your micros? Carbs may be unnecessary to the body but your micros aren't. The only way to get them with protein sources would be to consume a fair amount of offal each day.

My best when I was younger was 26 minutes, 28 was my best in the last 2 years. Currently 37.5 minutes I don't think I can join your challenge :D

Carlos Slim Helu doesn't strike me as a fit get up at 3am type of man.

Walking and foam rolling are the only things that help me. Short of going for a sports massage.

I'd like to join in please for the first time in eight months. Not been able to run or walk much due to major surgery in September. Been running again for just four weeks. I'm surprisingly managing two thirty minute runs and an hour run a week already. My pace is shocking though. I'm only doing 5 miles an hour. It'll come…

Amazing achievement Well done

Alcohol is the first thing to be used as an energy source by the body. I lose weight the day after drinking due to dehydration. It has never made me gain weight.

I like Endomondo and it's free

I still swear by the old pinch an inch method.
-
I've eaten that way for over a decade and it never harmed me. I save around 200 calories a day week days to use at weekends for drinks, eating out etc.
-
If the scale hasn't moved for two months you are eating at maintenance.
-
My fitbit has been very reliable except for the first month when I had to play around with the stride lengths for running and walking. Something in your settings is wrong if it is giving you a burn that high.
-
What do yo mean by slipping off the diet? I stay focused by eating foods I like in quantities that fit my weekly calories.
-
In 3 months you have not packed on 2-3lb of muscle whilst eating in a deficit. You may want to get a refund from those "Experts"

The water it takes on during cooking makes it much heavier. Pasta is quite high calories. I rarely eat more than 35g of dried weight of it. Your 2 examples would be 314 kcal vs 344kcal, not much different

I'd lose the weight before getting any done, you might find that you don't feel you need them.

A multi vitamin and depending how much sun you get additional vitamin D. Coffee and a banana are a great pre work out with out the price tag.

What do you call early?

That's perfect, I wouldn't change anything.
