No, I don't have premium and mine shows. If you go in to apps on here does it says you have fitbit connected?
-
You can add total time walking. 1000 steps is around a 10 minute walk.
-
8-9 hours leaves you 15-16 hours a day.
-
I'm a fan of magnesium oil. It's cheap here in the UK. I pay £2.99.
-
Not to make excuses. You don't have to over eat or become sedentary because your husband is.
-
Mine still goes up or down the same dependant on my calorie consumption.
-
The only thing calorie free is water
-
Water melon weighs more than I thought, and pasta is sad.
-
It's the same thing, it is just a way to sweeten recipes.
-
Why is my pizza slice dirty? :s
-
You don't need pills or purified water. You just need to eat less calories than you burn.
-
I think she's on to something. I'd smell that bad that I wouldn't socialise any where near as much :D By-proxy I would consume a lot less food and alcohol.

No marathon runners or elite athletes eat at a regular deficit. That would damage their muscle %, heart function training and times. You told the OP they will be fine netting 1000 calories and that fit people net 500. That is incorrect and terrible advice .
-
Nobody who is fit and active regularly net 500 calories. That would leave them emaciated.
-
That would make your TDEE 2600 calories. Eating 1000 a day would create a deficit of 1600 a day, or 1lb lost almost every other day. That would be unsustainable and eat your muscle mass. Use MFP as designed, it isn't meant to be torture. Have more veggies, have a pint on a Saturday night or what ever you like.
-
It's 1.75lbs a week Perfect rate of loss, you're eating more than you think
-
That maths doesn't work out. 3500 calories less = 1lb of fat lost
-
You won't be able to sustain eating 1000 calories. You will end up quitting. Use MFP as you are meant to and you have a much higher chance of being successful.
-
What are you trying to achieve? He/she who eats the most and still loses wins!
-
I couldn't eat that little veggies. They are what fill me.
-
Mushrooms, I eat a full punnet most days.
-
Do women and men lose weight and inches differently? Every body loses it in different places, different rates. Genetics more than gender.
-
1- Calorie deficit or plus depending on current goal 2- Bathroom scale 3- Wine or vodka, got to still enjoy life 4- Hitting fibre goal 5- Weekly calorie goals
-
It could be hormones, the warmer weather, muscle repair, pretty much anything. If you didn't over eat you didn't gain fat.
-
They can't make you unmotivated, only you can.
-
Lightly active already has around 7500 steps of exercise built in to your calories so it won't add more. Your swimming and cycling you should manually add.
-
Some great pics here, well done to you all. @vegmebuff I used to have the same battle. I've been recovered for 15 years now but the voices are still there at times. Never give up fighting it xx
-
What is your activity level set at? How many steps in total have you done all day?
-
As above and I love it served with cauliflower
-
The days I don't run I walk five miles or cycle. Rest days don't have to mean you do nothing.
