For me it’s Greek yogurt!!! Literally use it at every meal! From sweet, savory, spicy, to salty.....I use it all. For example, yesterday I made high protein egg white salad with it, then another meal I made an apple cider vinegar dressing for a salad, then I had it on eggs, then I mixed up a sweet maple-pumpkin Greek yogurt dip, then I made a mug protein cake then topped it with more Greek yogurt lol....seriously love this stuff!!! What’s your favorite??

egg whites for pretty much the same reason....from protein cakes and omlettes to just mixing it in with stir frys and stuff. Easy protein that can be flavored pretty much any way or none at all xD Even times like lately i dont use as much egg whites, Im still well aware of the power they have lol0

Water.
Not being facetious. I use it in some way to make virtually everything that I eat and drink.
Couldn't do much w/o it.1 -
I gave up on Greek yogurt this time.. I just can't do it anymore lol. I'd have to say.. garlic/garlic powder maybe? I use it in pretty much everything. Also chicken breast. Coffee. Whey.3

Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Honestly, I incorporate it in to nearly every meal I make (disclaimer: I follow a Keto diet).0
-
Cottage cheese. I use it in everything. On top of baked potatoes, in recipes, smoothies, on toast, with fruit, mixed with other salads...the sky is not the limit and it never was.5
-
Onion or garlic are ingredients I use the most.
Plain yogurt is good to have on hand for a lot of things0 -
Greek yogurt (plain) like many above.0
-
Bragg's Amino Acids. I might use them too much really.
Oh and extra virgin olive oil. Yum.0 -
Avocados. Use it as a spread for bread or crackers, use it in place of mayo in salads, add to black bean burgers, top a salad, the uses are endless!5

I go through a ton of salsa. I put it in taco meat, mix it into rice, simmer chicken in it, have it with scrambled eggs, put it on baked potatoes, etc.. Adds a lot of flavor without many calories. I probably go through a couple of jars a week!7

What do I use the most as an ingredient? Almost certainly onions. If a day goes by without me eating onions in some form, I would be shocked.
What do I eat almost every day? Peanut butter. I spread it on toast, make sandwiches, whirr it into smoothies, make sauces with it, even cook with it. Peanut butter.3 -
Shallot, garlic, lemongrass, onion springs, ginger, and chilies ALMOST every time I cook. I'm Indonesian and our food tend to have a LOT of seasonings0
-
Tortillas. My girls and I can put the fridge in a wrap and it's just more fun. We even use em for dessert. Tortillas are like bacon, makes everything better.3
-
mayonnaise
use it for vegetable dips, frying, cutting other sauces
and greek yogurt. love cutting sauces with it. or dips. or with fruit.0 -
Lemon Pepper powder, I use this everyday on something.1
-
I dunno probably onion. I hate Greek yogurt lol0
-
Spinach. I mix a handful into smoothies, throw some in with a salad, with pasta, sautee it by itself.3

I can't decide between Garlic, Cumin, or Ginger. Nearly all of my recipes have either 1 or some combination of these 3. No real favorite, they're all MVPs in my kitchen.2

For seasoning - garlic. I love it on everything - chicken, eggs, vegetables, potatoes, oatmeal.
For other stuff - eggs, lunch meat, protein bars and apples. I can go through an entire day eating only those four things.1 -
I tend to use a lot of red onion. Cooked with breakfast, sliced on top of salads or in a sandwich, finely chopped and sprinkled on top of a soup,
Apart from that, I love eggs and often have them in various forms a couple of times a day!1 -
It's either vinegar (red/white wine or balsamic), which I pour on vegetables/salads, use in sauces, etc., hot sauce, which I put on everything too, or fresh lemon, which I use on stuff I don't use vinegar on. I go through a large bag of lemons pretty much weekly. I think acidity is the most commonly underused element when people cook at home and I'm exactly the opposite and will throw acidity into everything to brighten up the flavour and balance out salt, sweet, and fat.
As far as actual food goes, we use a ton of boneless chicken thighs, romaine, arugula, tomatoes, bell peppers, and cheese (parmesan flakes and goat cheese mostly.)0 -
Seasoning wise, I adore Everything But the Bagel from Trader Joe’s. My go-to is topping brown rice cakes with some Kite Hill cream cheese and sprinkling those bad boys with the seasoning. SO GOOD! My SO also grills his chicken with it.
Actual foodstuff, I’d have to say bananas. I make protein shakes almost everyday with bananas and peanut butter powder. I’m a sucker for choco-bananas, too. Also can’t go wrong with mushrooms, Ezekiel sprouted wheat bread, and almond milk!0 -
avocado and mascarpone1

My most used ingredient is definitely coffee.
Most versatile -- either eggs or greek yogurt.0 -
Another one for greek yogurt...by itself or even to dress dry meat. It helps that various brands have different flavors (chobani is notoriously sour, but runnier - best as a dressing) & textures (fage (fa-yah) is thickest, pretty bland, perfect for adding vanilla/hazelnut flavoring to or just eating regular on it's own - almost as satisfying as solid foods)
*0% is stupid low in kcals (about 500kcal per 1kg tub)1 -
