Meat. Canned tomatoes. Onions. Garlic. Cumin. Chili powder (ground chilis, oregano, more cumin). Mostly meat. No beans. Google Texas style chili recipe.2

I use minced beef, beef stock, onions, chopped tomatoes, chopped bell peppers, tomato puree, chili powder, paprika, Worcestershire sauce and normally I add a tin each of baked beans and kidney beans (and a tablespoon of greek yoghurt if I get over-excited with the spice..) but you can leave those out if you prefer.
In order: Fry off onions until translucent, add beef and sprinkle with 1 stock cube. Add tomatoes and puree then the beans if you want them. Let it simmer then add sauce, spices and seasoning when reduced. Cook off the peppers in a separate pan then add right at the end.0
