Counting macros is counting calories in a different way. Carbs and protein are 4 kcal per gram Fats are 9 kcal per gram

I eat 30 minutes before bed and drink no water that isn't in tea or diet coke. It has never effected my weight

2989 is my highest tdee in a day, that was running a hilly half marathon plus walking around. Joys of being small. I just had to look that up and I'm now going to challenge myself to beat it :)

I didn't read that as judgey, just surprised. When I first started running I took water on every run, after a while I stopped and now only take it on very hot days or if I'm running over 90 minutes. We all do things differently and quite often change what we do all the time.

Reduce your calories to below the amount you burn. Do some form of resistance training, look up be your own gym. Hope your genetics are on your side.

An update might have ran that changed a time zone. Check the time in both app settings.
