The whole mockumentary is based on the twisted data from the China study. They cherry picked the parts of the study that fitted their narrow view point and discarded the rest making their interpretation of it useless at best.

Why can't you just say I'll dish my self up as I'm trying to lose some weight? Then just use a cup to help you guesstimate better or the size of your palm servings.

I think it is the best method by far as it means nothing changes when you get to your goal. You have already learnt to maintain.

Add avocados, nuts, seeds for healthy fats. Add seitan, tofu, peas, mushrooms, chickpeas, lentils, broccoli etc for protein.

It's horrendous and will result in bone and tooth density issues long term, also hair loss and hormone problems. Too low calorie, fat and protein.

Is it the Optimum nutrition one? If so and the recipe hasn't changed it is 1250 calories a serving so packs a good amount of calories. You can add powdered oats to any whey protein as well. Gaining weight is about eating more calories than you burn.

This is the one we use. It's proper bread not that over proved danish type.

I don't bother until 1-2pm, saves my calories for later in the day. It's an old wives tale that you must eat breakfast when you wake.

Why do a diet that makes you feel that way? People can lose weight fine whilst eating carbs.

We fall in love with people, a certain look is merely why we start getting to know the person. For me a sense of humour and a positive can do attitude is the most attractive thing and the reason I've stayed married all these years. Start dating, your special someone is out there.

Weight on the scale is a mix of body fat, water and muscle. It is more accurate than trying to measure body fat as hydration levels effect it too much.

I'd say 19-20% but there really is no way to tell. Nor does it really matter. Just keep eating at a deficit and keep eating a moderate amount of protein and lift heavy. You'll get there if you stick to it.

Have you started a new exercise regime or is it ovulation time or Tom? Water weight can mask the fat loss. You are best waiting a full months cycle before evaluating where you are.

Just wanted to give you an update that will hopefully put your mind at rest. Surgery was 3 weeks ago. I was home in 24 hours, off strong pain relief within 3 days. After 5 days I could leave the house and start walking. The walk was more of a shuffle but I was out. After 9 days I was doing 3000 steps. Fast forward to today…

Get them straight out of the plastic just in to the vegetable draw. Line the draw with a brown paper bag.

Your 1/2 an avocado weighs the same day in and day out, that just doesn't happen and the calorie content is too low. Tighten up your logging and you'll start to lose weight. You don't cook yet you use the recipe builder? That doesn't make sense.

Exercise isn't for weight loss it's for health. Less calories than you burn for weight loss.

Water like any thing else has weight but that doesn't effect fat loss.

Saute off what ever veg you have in the fridge, add some meat or pulses if you don't eat meat. When they are almost cooked beat some eggs and stir them through. Greek 0% yogurt with fruit and seeds Bacon and eggs with mushrooms and beans These are some of my favourites

Protein and fat are the two you really want to hit or exceed, then fill in the rest with carbohydrates.

Stop the ACV, it is more than likely that combined with the increased fibre. ACV does nothing, it;s a load of bull *kitten*
