  • I've had more than one start with this program. It helps if you do it with a group because it keeps you on track - you realize that everyone has bad days, skips workouts, etc. Just give yourself a break to recover and start right back up where you left off. You don't have to do the plan EXACTLY, just keep moving forward.…
  • I take Pure Barre classes. It's expensive, but worth it because I actually go to the classes. I've had gym memberships before that I never used. But with Pure Barre, I'm totally addicted and actually look forward to going.
