txfitness1878 what have you been doing to lose the weight? I am currently at the same as your starting weight. I would LOVE to lose 55 lbs by the end of the year. Any advise? I just joined a gym last week but I am so nervous to go by myself.

I started to drink flavored seltzer to help cut out the soda. I get the fizz with flavor.

My husband knows how much I weigh and I am very honest with him about how much I gain or lose. I feel its helps me be accountable. He is very open with his weight too.

I always wear loose fitting capri pants that I find at Walmart or Target. I hate spandex. I also buy plain t shirts to wear. You can wear anything thats comfortable just not too loose.

When I realized that I could no longer fit into regular sized clothes. I decided to try exercising and realized that I couldn't even make it beyond the warm up without being heavily out of breath. This is what I ended up doing this morning. I had watermelon because I was craving something sweet. I've read e articles where they say to limit your fruit because of the sugar but I need something to balance out my craving for sweets.
