This is probably a dumb question but I see all these protein shakes and meal replacement shakes and wonder what the hype is all about. Are they for weight loss? Starting walking program?
Is there a guide on starting a walking program? I went to the gym today and started slow for the first five min or so and then upped the speed and incline for the next 20 and then declined speed and incline again for the last ten min. I am wondering if there is a guide I can use to help me over time. Thanks

Exercise Classes- Beginner
I plan to join a gym that offers classes. I have A LOT of weight to lose (80+lbs). Would it be dumb to try the classes or should I start with something easier like walking on the treadmill. I am extremely afraid I won't be able to make it through an entire class

Anyone have weight loss success and NOT limit their fruit intake?
I read a lot of articles that say its important not to eat too much fruit when trying to lose weight. I am trying to eat healthy overall and tend to eat fruit when I get a craving for sweets, which is pretty often. I want to know if I can still be successful even if I have a piece or two of fruit a day.

Only able to finish 10 min of exercise video

Need a fitness routine
I have an extremely hard time motivating myself if I don't have some type of routine to follow. I don't have the money to join a gym or hire a personal trainer. I have about 60 + lbs to lose. Anyone have any success creating some type of plan to follow? If so can you please share? Thanks
