Can someone share their routine when using the treadmill? I just started using the treadmill at the gym two weeks ago. I started off really light by going 2.0 speed for 30 min and now I have been doing 2.5 for 5 min to warm up, 3.0 for 35 min and then 2.5 for 5 min to cool down. I read that you should really switch it up so your body doesn't become complacent. Do I just start playing around with speeds and incline as I go? Today I went up to 1.0 incline for about 10 min and I definitely felt it.
