I love to sing and dance with my baby (she's 5 months old). I try to do a little extra exercise, but not to the point of punishing myself. Just enough so that my brain makes the connection that it was ok to binge because now we are back to what we planned.

Stay away from super sweet liquors and fruit juices. You can usually Google the calories in a particular beverage, whether it's beer or alcohol. I do plain or flavored vodka with drink mixes like Crystal Light. It's tougher to do when you go out for drinks, but sticking to diet soda helps.
