.500 is a hall of fame batting average, so I wouldn't call it a fail. 2 nights this week you didn't snack, which is a good start. I know for me habits can be very hard to break.

I'm in a similar position OP, though not daily. When I drink I not only consume the calories in alcohol but late night snacks, usually a poor breakfast the next day, etc. I am now prioritizing my health and weight loss is becoming more satisfying than a night out. Feel free to add me.

My biggest downfall is my pattern of late night snacking too... Simple carbs, sugar, all of the things I avoid pretty well during the day. Thank you all for sharing so many great tips.
