Mostly plain water and tea, sometimes sparkling water, and occasionally juice or chocolate milk. I indulge in soda every once in a while if I have calories to spare (i love me some gingerale), but it's a rare thing.

Buy flavored water, or make your own by adding fresh fruit/herbs to it and letting it seep for a few hours. Seltzer/carbonated water is another option. You can also buy those low-calorie artifical sweeteners, like Crystal-Light.
