Greek yogurt, veggies with hummus, 1/2 apple with 8 almonds, berries. Try to include protein in your snacks.

Thank you!! It was more the inches that I was so happy about. It was only 13 lbs but over 20 inches head to toe :)

What about a high quality meal replacement shake? We use them daily and love the convenience and knowing that the nutritional component is very high.

I have been working with an amazing company that has a fasting component. It's easy and provides an encredible amount of health benefits. I am an athlete and easily work out and/or run on fasting days. It's all about the quality of nutrition consumed on a fasting day.
