I enjoyed the summer term and registered for term 26.

Week 3 day 2- 14 19. 14. 14, 25

Week 3 day 1- 12, 17, 13, 13, 17. I was breathing hard at the end.

I was feeling under the weather so I took 2 days off. I did the exhaustion test today and did 25. That puts me in column 2 instead of 3 (by 1 rep). I'll do that and switch to column 3 next week or move on to week 4 depending on how this week goes.

I'm also participating in the Hogwarts challenge. This is the last week with a new term starting in September. I do much better with goals I need to achieve.

Would this be a good challenge for me to join while in maintenance or is it primarily for weightloss?

I signed up again. The last session really encouraged me to increase my exercise and see increases in my strength and flexibility. It's a great group of supportive people.
