  • If you don't mind try switching to a fat free and sugar free creamer. International Delight makes a line of them. Usually I use 2 splendas (for 16 oz) and about 1/4 c of either whole milk or 1% milk depending on if I'm out somewhere or at home. I did get to the point where I could use 1 sugar packet and 1/4 c milk.
  • My go to is chicken or shrimp with broccoli. Some restaurants will be able to steam it and have the sauce on the side. I usually eat about 1/2 c of the rice either white or brown because I love that rice.
  • I had my gallbladder out two years ago and never was given a do an don't list. Every now and then I'll have stomach problems from certain foods such as milk and fresh cheese...but that may be from my slight lactose intolerance. I do tend to stay away from fried foods, but small amount don't bother me.
