You might want to try testing body fat or measurements as well. There might be some muscle gain which would not move the scale. My first week I was down less than 1 pound but lost an inch each leg. Keep at it, and don't be discouraged

Happy Friday everyone! Slowly reaching my goal two ounces at a time but getting there! Have a work out planned tonight but the weekend is starting to fill up and I hope to fit in two more. Finally have nice weather so everyone wants to get together. Positivity is my plan for the weekend :)
