  • Carbs before workout protein after. My fav thing to eat before a workout is some 100 calorie oatmeal or 1 cup of rolled oats add 1 tablespoon of almond butter and some hot water mix and eat 20 mins before workout I promise u won't get nauseous anymore :)

  • False, false, false! Your trainer is just trying to secure his job! My resting hr is 52 and my max is 195 when I do HIIT my rest time is 165 Hr and my 30sec-1min work time my HR is 190-192 that's fat burning not muscle! Similar specs to you as well im 27.
  • Try sitting on a bosu ball while doing those kind of exercises that you need your tail bone for example sit on bosu ball and do Russian twists so your tail bone isn't on hard flat ground
