My Stats: Starting Weight (SW): 236 Jan 2015 Current Weight (CW): 231 June 2015 Goal Weight (GW): 199 - Onederland Turned 45 this week and I always look back at what I have accomplished in the past year weight-wise. I am working hard to get better results.
