If I'm reading your profile correctly you only want to lose 11 lbs, you're eating ~1200 calories, and very little protein. With so little to lose, you can't expect to lose more than 1/2 a lb a week, so I'd set your goal to that. You'll be able to eat a lot more food as a result, which should alleviate your hunger. Yeah, I noticed that today! What crap! I mean... the accessories should still be for sale if anything. Straps wear out, snap, break, whatever... I'd be forced to shelf a perfectly good tracker and buy a new one from Jawbone. NOPE.

You can't gain weight from ONE bad day. You didn't gain the weight from ONE bad day. It takes several bad days over a period of time. Eat what you want and get back to it the next day.

Who ever made the entry for that muesli was off - Google says its 210 calories per 45 g with 125ml semi-skim milk.

I'm a bit worried about the sketchy quality of Jawbone products, but I went ahead and pre-ordered the UP3. The water resistance was one of the bigger draws. Hopefully the Jawbone doesn't disappoint.

Get the Jawbone UP3 when it comes out next month. It is basically a BodyMedia branded as a Jawbone and has no subscription fee. Oh, I just saw you don't want to support Jawbone. Oh well. I'm buying it. Its got tried and true BodyMedia technology, so I'm not buying anything else.

MFP says I would maintain at ~1700 but I actually maintain around 2000.

Only logical conclusion is to eat more food. You're not at maintenance if you're still losing at maintenance.
