So edit the recipe and account for the changes. This is easily done on the app or the website. If you're serious about this, you wouldn't make excuses. I think you're eating more than you think. If you're not accurately logging meals from scratch, and you're eyeballing portions when outside of the home, both of those…

This, too.

Do you weigh your food and measure your liquids?

I'm also 5'0", but a guy. *_* I started out at 208 lbs, and didn't notice a difference until around 45-50 lbs lost. I'm around 132 now, and I'm remarkably smaller, yet there's still a ways to go (I'm looking at a 120 lbs goal weight - the weight I was before I gained it all). My pants started feeling looser after the first…

Eating crappy food might hinder your fitness goals, but it won't hinder your weight loss goals. Nope.

How: Consumed less than I burned. How many calories: ~1750 + exercise calories (so around ~2100 on exercise days) What food I eat: Anything and everything I want. Water: 75-150 ounces. Worked out: 5 days per week, alternating between cardio and strength training How to stay positive and motivated: Didn't set high…

Men lose faster than woman.

Its your phone. I have the same problem with links/buttons not working on mine.

Hasn't been my experience. I eat less convenience/packaged food because of MFP.

Says on his profile he's trying to gain muscle, so I assume he's bulking, aka needs lots of calories.

My breakfast is usually around 600. Quantity wise, it isn't so large (two fried eggs fried in bacon drippings, two pieces of Ezekiel bread, two slices of bacon), but it sure keeps me full long. Lots of protein, fat, AND fiber. Perfect meal!

I usually do it randomly, but usually on a Wednesday. "Weigh in Wednesday," as I call it.

I'm on 1600 calories. The thing is, my breakfast is so large and filling that I usually skip lunch anyway, and so that large indulgent beverage is a welcome way to get lunch calories without having to eat food I have no desire to, then the 465 I have left for dinner is good enough for a nice hearty meal. So it is quite…

It's not a waste if she enjoys it. Who says you can't lose weight drinking 550 calorie indulgent beverages? I have a 500+ calorie Starbucks latte every morning... I'm down 86 lbs total. As for the bloating and such... the milk, I would guess. Not sure.

Just me and my husband. We spend 40 euro (55 USD) a week on groceries, not including any other household items. No coupons. Eggs, beans, Ezekiel bread, Greek yogurt, bacon, ground turkey, crushed tomatoes, garlic, onions, frozen veggies, frozen fruit, mixed nuts, almond milk, rice, etc.

Yes, my body type now, except 15 lbs lighter, and about 13% less body fat.

This. I sweat a LOT from my forehead. If I don't wear a headband it gets into my eyes and stings like hell.

The things I hear about this dump... holy crap. I wonder what would happen if *I* joined. I'm in a wheelchair. Would the fact that my abilities are better than a lot of able-bodied people be "intimidation" and get me kicked out?

Every single time I stop counting calories, my weight goes up. The last time I stopped I gained back 27 lbs of my original 86. I've tried stopping three times, all three I've gained back AT LEAST 15 lbs. So this will be lifelong.

I'd do it. I don't think it's weird at all.

617 as of today.

I don't have a problem with determining serving sizes of my homemade chili...?

Simple answer: No. Never will I lay my hands or a belt or whatever on my children.

Things I would do include: Pay off my parents debts + give them $1 million each. Pay off my sisters debts + give her $250,000. Buy my brother a car. Buy myself a house close enough to the parental units to stay in touch, but far away enough to maintain some damn privacy. Pretty much it... besides save some, spend some, and…

225g a day, with agave and fruit of choice. I go through 1 3/4 tubs a week.

It'\s obviously weight. A gram is a gram. It\s always going to be a gram. A cup is not always a cup. Nobody packs a cup the same way twice. Mass > Volume.
-
Holy ****ing ****... that guy is such a ****ing *kitten*. I'm so mad that somebody would say that to you. Livid!
-
I don't call it a cheat day, because one day a week where I don't log or weigh anything and eat whatever I want is a part of my lifestyle.
-
You really should be using the scale 100% of the time to weigh everything instead of measuring spoons. Volume is not accurate, weight is always going to be what it is. One gram is one gram, always. If the scale is digital, and if its a good scale, it'll have a "tare" function. You put the bowl on the scale, press tare so…

Let me guess... You're using measuring spoons instead of weighing it?
