Total geek here. 48 years old and still cosplaying. I am also the CO of the Lucasfilm-acknowledged costuming group The Jedi Assembly. I also love Dr Who, some animes (Attack on Titan, FullMetal Alchemist, etc.), Sherlock, and so much more. Star Wars basically is my life, though.

I am 5'2", 48 years old. I want to lose 35 pounds. I have mine set at 1500 just because I have gone as low as 800 (drs. orders - i was 237 pounds at that time) and was starving but I lost 95 pounds in less than a year. SInce I got off that diet though, I gained 35 which I am now trying to lose again

Hi. I am 48, will be 49 in July. Started using MFP last year. I lost 95 pounds BUT I unfortunately gained about 30 back (my goal was 100 pounds lost). (Had a bad breakup and had to move twice and just too much stress). I am trying to stay on target and MFP is so easy to do that
