So far I've been happiest with the simple mug bread (3T almond flour, 1T oil,1 egg, 1/2 t baking powder) Last night I did a double recipe and made a waffle. It worked great.

I agree Built bars are tasty. I'd say more like a chocolate covered marshmallow Easter egg than a Mars. They don't seem to fill me up so maybe more if a snack than meal replacement. I've only seen them online.

For a quicker way to track ive been using the Stupud Simple Keto app. Not as precise but easier.

If you are doing keto to lose weight, from my understanding, it is not necessary to hit fat macro. After all, you want your body to burn body fat not just dietary fat. As long as you're eating enough fat to not get hungry between meals, the thing to be strict on are the carbs.

It really helps me to watch YouTube videos of keto Drs. I'm more motivated when doing for serious health reasons not just the weight loss.

My family got together on the 8th for xmas so I thought I was thru temptations. But no, goodies keep coming in the mail! Mostly for my mom but then she has too much and tries to give me some. I really wanted to say yes to that box of specialty Hawaiian cookies. But I didn't. Huge NSV for me.

I used to have a small blender (Hamilton beach I think) where the blender cup came off and became a travel mug. Very convenient.

Look for keto granola recipes. They are mostly nuts, coconut and flax but make a pretty good non grain granola.

If you're doing keto and only eating when you are hungry, calories will naturally reduce. Trouble is many of us have trouble knowing when we're hungry VS just wanting to eat.

I use Russel Stovers sugar free candy and Atkins products and diet soda. It may not be "ideal" but as you say, way better than how we used to eat. For now, these products help me stay keto.

I did quite a few desserts/carbs at an Xmas party for the first time in over 2 months. I was able to get back to keto eating the next day but I have noticed sweets cravings have come back. Thinking alot about certain favorite goodies.

Have a you had A1C tested? According to Jason Fung, obesity is a hormonal issue, not CICO issue. The fact that you reduced calories by 200 with no results kinda shows that something else is going on.
